Fue un inventor nato al que le gustaba experimentar con acero inoxidable.
Bebía café al mismo tiempo que diseñaba lavavajillas y fabricaba fregaderos
de cocina. Bebiendo y bebiendo café acabó por inventar su propia máquina.

 

 

 

La primera que llevó el nombre de su empresa, EDEA 2X7 litros, fue en 1968. Alvar y su reducido grupo de empleados pelearon en Charlottenberg por sus máquinas, las cuales llegaron a ser conocidas por su buena calidad. Stig Månsson se puso al frente de EDEA en 1981. Georg Möller empezó a fabricar su primera Coffee Queen en Estocolmo en 1983, pero posteriormente la fabricación se subcontrató. Cuando ambos se conocieron la unión fue inevitable. EDEA fabricaría las máquinas Coffee Queen.


Desde entonces hasta hoy ha habido un rápido desarrollo. La empresa ha pasado de 5 a 65 empleados en unos pocos años. Y este número va a seguir creciendo, ya que el resto del mundo se está dando cuenta de lo fácil que es hacer un buen café con una máquina Coffee Queen de Värmland.

 

Single tower

A quick, easy-to-use brewer with the options of full
and half brewing. A full brew, i.e. 5 litres, takes about
7 minutes. Tea water dispensing and alarms to signal
when brewing is finished come standard. The brewing
takes place directly into a 5-litre serving station
with tap, sight glass and integrated handle.

Tower

Brewing with Tower is twice as fast, as it takes place on
both sides simultaneously. An easy-to-use brewer that
makes 10 litres of coffee in about 7 minutes, with the
option of full or half brewing. An alarm signalling that
brewing is finished, tea water dispensing and two 5-litre
serving stations with tap, sight glass and integrated handle.

Mega Gold

An effective brewer with manual or automatic water refill. Its capacity is approx. 17 cups in 7 minutes, and brewing takes place directly in a practical 2.4 litre serving station. The brewers with automatic water refill have a digital display and an alarm that signals when brewing is finished. The brewing amount can be adjusted between 4 and 17 cups.

Thermos

Brews coffee directly into a 2.2 litre thermos, which makes serving coffee simple and flexible, as you can serve it anywhere. The machines come with manual (M) or automatic (A) water refill. Thermos A has a digital display, adjustable brewing quantity and an alarm when brewing is finished. The thermos also has sight glass. Brewing time is approx.  7 minutes.

M2

Our highly-esteemed, faithful machine comes with both manual or automatic water refilling. The coffee brewers have hot plates. The automatically waterfilled coffee brewers have digital displays and an alarm that signals when brewing is finished. The brewing amount 4-12 cups is easily adjusted on the front of the machine. 1.8 litre decanters come with all models. The automatic water-refill models also come with a water hose.

DM4

The larger model has four hot plates. Water refilling is manual in DM4, while it is automatic in DA4. The automatic water-refilling model has a digital display, adjustable brewing quantity and an alarm that signals that brewing is finished. Brewing time is approx. 6
minutes.

Cater

A quick and flexible brewer that brews directly into an elegant 2.5 litre serving station with tap and level tube. Cater comes as a single or double brewer. Brewing time approx. 5.5 minutes. The brewer features automatic water refill, a full and half brewing function, built-in tank and tea water tap on the front of the machine.

Serving Stations

For those who pay attention to detail and the impression they make on their guests. The serving stations not only allow you to serve good coffee. You can also show your guests special care by specially designing the display lids of the serving stations.
